MR. DAVID CARROL PHAY,Passed away peacefully Tuesday evening,February 11, 2020,at the Palisades Assisted living center in Palisade Colorado,at the age of 74.
David leaves his loving wife Sallie Phay,his daughter Carol and several grand childern,.Mr. Phay had served in the United States Airforce.
Cremation arrangements have taken place under the direction of Palisade Funeral Home,Palisade,Colorado.
Inurnment was Wednesday February 26,2020,at theVETERANS MEMORIAL CEMETERY OF WESTERN COLORADO,under the direction of
Palisade Funeral Home,Palisade, Colorado.
